1,The mask is made of polymer resin. The helmet face mask is equipped with an external face screen, with light color and protective color. The light transmittance is over 75%. After the tensile strength test of the chin belt in GA44-2015, the chin belt should not break, the connecting parts fall off and loosen, and the extension of the chin belt should not exceed 13mm after the experiment.


2,With shock absorber system, the shock resistant cap housing, cap lining and buffer elastic tube are designed into a system, with impact resistance. According to the standard ga44-2015 fire helmet test, the maximum impact force of the helmet after high-temperature pretreatment is less than 3100N, the maximum impact force after radiation pretreatment is less than 3100N, the maximum impact force after low-temperature pretreatment is less than 3200N, and the maximum impact force of the helmet after immersion heat treatment is less than 3200N.

 

3,The outer layer (cap shell) is made of thermoplastic material and the inner layer (buffer layer) is made of polyurethane foam. The helmet is designed to detach itself in case of accident, and the cap and shell will fall off by itself when caught by accident, so as to avoid injuries to the user's neck.
